The Document Control software offered by Trackmedium QMS, allows you to store all your company's documents in one centralized secure system and enforce consistent processes for reviewing, approving, changing, releasing, and obsoleting documents across multiple departments, and geographical locations.
The software simplifies the management of documents and exceeds compliance requirements. It reduces overall compliance cost and increases efficiency by automating key processes such as revision control, scheduled reviews and release of documents.

Automated Revision Control
Once the new revision of a document becomes effective, access to the prior revision is restricted ensuring that only the latest approved versions of documents are being accessed and used across your company. Additionally, revision history shows information about every change including reason for change, approval date, approver, and the approver's signature. -
Scheduled Regular Reviews
Based on a pre-defined review frequency, Documents Owners will be automatically notified to review documents to determine whether these documents are still effective or need to be modified. -
Automated Release
Documents will be released automatically after a pre-defined period. -
Manage Changes to Documents
Manage and collaborate with users on requests for changing or obsoleting a controlled document within the software. -
Transfer Metadata to MS Office Documents
Setup templates for your Microsoft® office documents and transfer information such as Trackmedium QMS document number and revision number from the Trackmedium QMS Document to the Microsoft® Office document header. -
Centralize Documents
Store your company's documents in one centralized secure system that allows you to easily locate documents using intelligent search and enforce consistent, companywide document approval/review workflow processes. -
Control Access to Documents
Secure your documents with flexible security configuration allowing you to control documents' access at the levels of individual users, user groups, locations and more. -
