Overview
The Job Safety Analysis (JSA) module offered by Trackmedium QMS, allows you to assess hazards associated with job tasks, allocate control measures to mitigate risk and assign action tasks to implement recommendations, and evaluate the results of your response to risk over time.
The software allows you to diagnose potential workplace hazards before they become a problem. By completing a JSA, you ensure that you have strategically planned the work and provided information on how workers can perform their responsibilities safely. As a document in Trackmedium QMS, a completed JSA can serve as evidence of due diligence.

List the steps of the job being analyzed, the hazards associated with every step, and the controls needed to significantly reduce the risk of injury. -

Satisfy Record Keeping Requirements
Maintain audit-ready JSAs including summary of the hazard analysis with rationale for determining hazards and control measures. -
Automated Revision Control
Once the new revision of a JSA becomes effective, access to the prior revision is restricted ensuring that only the latest approved versions of JSAs are being accessed and used across your company. Additionally, revision history shows information about every change including reason for change, approval date, approver, and the approver's signature. -
Scheduled Regular Reviews
Based on a pre-defined review frequency, JSA Owners will be automatically notified to review JSAs to determine whether these analyses are still effective or need to be modified. -
Manage Changes to JSAs
Manage and collaborate with users on requests for changing or obsoleting a JSA within the software. -
Exceed Compliance Requirements
Facilitate compliance with global regulations and industry standards including OSHA PSM and standards that require a Workplace Risk Assessment and Control (WRAC). -
